ABOUT JESSE
HONESTY. INTEGRITY. TRANSPARENCY.
I am a Flat Rock native starting my journey here, attending local schools and laying the foundation for my life. After dedicating 15 years to the Marine Corps, with two wars and three deployments, I returned to work as a welder in a union, holding a degree in Business Management. I moved back to Flat Rock with my wife to start our family and we have an 8-year-old son who attends school here.
I am committed to change and accountability in our community. In order to get there, we need honesty, integrity, and transparency in our decision making. I want a better place for my son to grow up and I am determined to create a better environment for him and other local families like ours. I understand children are most important and will shape our future. Let's unite for a brighter Flat Rock.

​My Concerns and Goals

Accountability of city taxes. I want to know where all of our taxes are going and why our city is over grown with weeds and blight. The amount of taxes citizens pay and the way our city looks is shameful. I want an itemized list for all of us to see and know where all of our money is going.

Improving the community center's efficiency requires better maintenance, marketing, and management. This will help boost the community center's visibility.

A new ADA compliant playscape. Remove the old and antiquated wooden play area.

An outdoor gym recreation area.

A dedicated dog run.
